Molton Brown Gretna Gateway Outlet is recruiting a Retail Advisor for a 3-month fixed term contract, working 10 hours a week. You will guide customers through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

No prior experience is required; reliability and being a true team player are essential to support commercial and operational aspirations.

Qualifications

• You don't need prior experience to join; reliability and teamwork are valued.
• You will deliver a personalised customer experience across fragrance, body care and home scenting.
• You are able to support store and commercial targets as part of the team.

Responsibilities

As Retail Advisor, you won't just sell products. You'll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don't need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
