Cygnet Health Care is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to deliver life-saving training across the South of England. This home-based role involves travel to services, with a 40-hour week and occasional overnight stays.

You will join a growing team of over 40 trainers delivering a wide variety of specialist interventions, contributing to high standards of care and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a health or social care setting.
• Proven experience delivering training or teaching.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for resuscitation and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of high-impact training across specialist services in the South of England.
• Travel to services across identified regions as part of the role; home-based, full-time (40 hours per week).
