Job summary

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust invites applications to provide a comprehensive Trust-wide Resuscitation & Training Service in line with ERC and UK guidelines. The role includes delivering resuscitation training to NHS and private organisations as required, and developing a robust programme across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive Trust-wide resuscitation and training service.
• Deliver resuscitation training to NHS and private organisations as required.
• Plan, develop and deliver resuscitation training to all staff levels.
• Act as senior member of the Medical Emergency team demonstrating clinical competence.

Job description

To provide (in conjunction with the Resuscitation team) a comprehensive Trust wide Resuscitation & Training Service to the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in accordance with the European Resuscitation Council and the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines. To provide resuscitation training for other specified NHS and private organisations as required. To be a member of the Trust cardiac arrest team, Plan, develop and deliver resuscitation training within the organisation to all levels of staff.
