Job summary

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is seeking a Telefundraising Executive to drive outbound fundraising campaigns and engage supporters. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, delivering excellent service while maximizing income and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will join a dedicated fundraising team, contributing to a life-changing cause for people with sight loss, with a structured schedule and weekly office attendance in Reading.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or higher.
• Experience in call centre, customer service, sales or marketing.
• Proven track record in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in telemarketing and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Experience using databases.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound fundraising calls to supporters and potential supporters, hitting individual and team targets.
• Achieve income generation and manage attrition while maintaining high supporter satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality service.
• Be the voice of Guide Dogs across campaigns and convey the organisation's mission.
• Maintain quality service and best practices in line with legislation.
• Provide feedback on campaigns to improve performance and income.
• Help train colleagues and support team goals and strategy.
