Job summary

Warner Scott Recruitment Ltd is actively seeking a senior restructuring adviser for a leadership role in the UK. The successful candidate will bring a proven Partner or Director level track record in top-tier restructuring practice and a deep network across corporates, lenders and private equity.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to win and develop client relationships.

• Proven track record at Partner or Director level in restructuring advisory.
• Strong experience advising on financial and operational restructuring engagements.

• ACA or equivalent professional qualification.

Job description

The team advises corporates, boards, shareholders, private equity sponsors and lenders on complex financial and operational restructuring situations across the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will have:

• A proven track record at Partner or Director level within a leading restructuring advisory practice.

• An established network across corporates, lenders, private equity and other key stakeholders.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to win and develop client relationships.
