Job summary

Michael Page Finance is seeking an experienced Restructuring Manager to lead a varied portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements, working with lenders, investors and company directors.

You'll oversee financial reviews, forecasts and reports, coach junior staff, and build strong client relationships while ensuring assignments meet regulatory standards and drive transformation.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACA/ACCA/CPI/JIEB qualification.
• Experience in restructuring, recovery, insolvency or turnaround advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate restructuring and insolvency processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception through to completion.
• Lead financial reviews, business assessments and cash flow forecasting assignments.
• Support businesses, lenders and stakeholders through periods of financial distress and transformation.
• Prepare reports, proposals and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage administrators, analysts and junior team members, providing coaching and technical guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for additional work.
• Work closely with senior leadership on complex restructuring and turnaround projects.
• Ensure all assignments are delivered in line with regulatory and professional standards.

Profile
