Job summary

Metis Search in London is seeking an Associate to join its growing Restructuring team, working with corporates, lenders and sponsors on high-profile mandates.

You will build financial models, analyse capital structures and support transaction execution across live engagements, with direct exposure to senior advisers and clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restructuring, investment banking, debt advisory or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling and transaction execution skills.
• Good understanding of capital structures, debt markets and restructuring processes.
• Experience managing transaction workstreams and junior team members.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in restructuring and special situations.
• Strong academic background and proven track record within a high-performing team.

A leading advisory firm is looking to appoint an Associate into its growing Restructuring team in London.

The firm advises corporates, private equity sponsors, lenders and other stakeholders across a broad range of complex restructuring and special situations, including financial restructurings, distressed situations, liability management and turnaround mandates.

This is an opportunity to join a highly active platform with strong deal flow and significant exposure to live situations. The role offers direct interaction with senior advisers, management teams, sponsors and lenders, alongside the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility across transaction execution and client engagements.
