Job Description:

Our Restructuring & Insolvency Service team is looking for an experienced Senior Executive to join their established team in Manchester. You will work alongside a diverse and experienced group where your personal development is prioritized. While based in Manchester, you may also collaborate with Insolvency Practitioners in other regions, as we operate nationally with a hybrid working model.

Role responsibilities include managing corporate insolvency engagements, primarily Administrations and Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations, working proactively with case managers and officeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as principal contact for assigned cases, handling day-to-day matters.
• Ensure duties comply with legal, statutory, and firm procedures.
• Contribute to case progression, manage work streams, and communicate updates.
• Prepare statutory notices, reports, and meet deadlines.
• Assist with fee estimates, proposals, and creditor approvals.
• Participate in investigations, prepare reports for the Insolvency Service, and maintain case records.
• Handle creditor queries, assist with asset realisations, and support sale processes.

Person Specification:

• Experience in corporate insolvency work.
• Proficiency with IPS and Microsoft Office.
• CPI or ACA qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of insolvency legislation, especially Administrations and liquidations.
• Strong organizational, research, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
