Job summary

FRP Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Restructuring Advisory team in the UK. You will support insolvency cases (administrations, CVAs, liquidations) and work with managers to ensure compliance and progress.

You will manage a portfolio under supervision, draft routine documents, liaise with creditors and directors, and help maximise asset realisations while maintaining client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Insolvency experience and understanding of case progression.
• GCSE English and Maths at B grade or above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IPS.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases under supervision.
• Draft routine case correspondence, statutory documents, and reports.
• Liaise with managers, insolvency practitioners, creditors, employees, directors.
• Maximise asset realisations and pursue recoveries cost-effectively.
• Attend meetings and prepare supporting documentation.
• Complete statutory tasks using diary systems and checklists.
• Respond to creditor queries and process distributions.
• Prepare fee analyses and investigation reports on directors’ conduct.
• Carry out investigations and seek legal advice when needed.
• Ensure cases are fully compliant and confidential.
