Ideal background includes 2–4 years in Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking or Private Credit, with strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking or Private Credit.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Genuine interest in distressed situations, credit markets and complex capital structures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support high-profile restructuring and special situations assignments.
• Build financial models, cash flow forecasts and downside scenarios.
• Assess capital structures, creditor positions and recovery outcomes.
• Prepare restructuring materials, client presentations and transaction documentation.
• Work closely with senior team members, clients, lenders and other advisors.
