Qualifications

• Strong restructuring, leveraged finance, or special situations experience from investment banking, advisory boutique, or credit fund.
• Excellent financial modelling and capital structure analysis skills.
• Genuine appetite for complexity and the composure to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial and capital structure analysis for live mandates.
• Own workstreams end-to-end and mentor analysts and associates on deals.
• Interface directly with clients, creditors, legal counsel and other advisers.
• Shape negotiation strategy and restructuring proposals with senior bankers.
• Contribute to origination, pitch materials and business development.
