Qualifications

• You must have 1-3 years' PQE gained in a leading firm.
• Experience in restructuring and insolvency is essential.
• Strong exposure to finance documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial restructurings and workouts.
• Draft and negotiate restructuring documentation.
• Conduct due diligence and analyze capital structures.
• Liaise with clients and counterparties in time-sensitive situations.
