Job Description:

LAW Absolute is currently working with a Global Law Firm whose non - contentious Restructuring and Insolvency team is currently looking to recruit an associate solicitor to join them on an interim contract basis for at least 6 months starting asap in London.

The position has come about to cover parental leave.

This is a varied and exciting role.

The team act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, creditors and other businesses on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters. You will ideally have experience in debt restructurings including, special situations, contingency scenarios and security issues. You will also have insolvency experience. The team also work on non contentious matters like administrations and liquidation processes as well as advising on receivership appointments, and distressed debt situations.

Knowledge and understanding of general banking is also advantageous.

The team will support you. You will be an integral part of this successful and hardworking team, adding value from day one and being an inclusive and integral part of the practice.
