Job summary

Chadwick Nott is representing a top 100 national law firm in Cheltenham, seeking an NQ-3 PQE solicitor to join the Restructuring & Insolvency team. You will handle diverse matters for insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, directors and corporates, gaining exposure to high value work with expert mentoring.

You’ll be involved in investigations, asset tracing and antecedent transaction claims while developing your practice and client relationships in a supportive, national firm

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, ideally NQ-3 PQE.
• Experience in restructuring & insolvency, or transferable background such as dispute resolution, commercial or corporate.
• Strong drafting skills, commercial awareness and excellent communication.

Restructuring and Insolvency NQ – Cheltenham

A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious NQ-3 PQE solicitor to join a top 100 national law firm’s market leading Restructuring & Insolvency team in Cheltenham.

This is an exciting chance to join a highly respected national practice known for its collaborative culture, high quality work and strong commitment to professional development. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on a broad mix of contentious and non contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, company directors and major corporates.

The team handles complex, high value assignments, including investigations, asset tracing, antecedent transaction claims, and advising on both personal and corporate insolvency processes. You’ll gain exposure to challenging, varied work from day one, with the support and mentoring needed to develop.

What You’ll Be Doing
