Job summary

Milk Education is seeking an Aspiring Gang Prevention Worker - Learning Support Assistant in Guildford. You will support students aged 11-18, building trust and promoting restorative approaches in a specialist SEN setting.

The role aims to reduce risks of gang involvement and support students’ emotional and academic development. Training is provided, with a flexible pathway into Youth Justice and Social Care careers.

Qualifications

• Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Non-graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Interest in working with vulnerable young people and promoting positive change.
• Empathy and restorative approach desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build Trust and Relationships with students aged 11-18.
