William Brookes School invites applications for a Reintegration Room Manager who will lead the daily operation of the Reintegration Room, providing a calm, structured environment for students to reflect on behaviour and re-engage with learning.

You will work with pastoral leaders, SEND, safeguarding and families using restorative approaches to support academic, emotional and behavioural development, plan targeted interventions and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Reintegration Room to provide a calm, structured environment where students can reflect on behaviour and re-engage with learning.
• Collaborate with pastoral leaders, SEND, safeguarding and families to apply restorative approaches supporting academic, emotional and behavioural development.
• Plan targeted interventions, monitor student progress and coordinate reintegration following suspensions.
• Line manage Relationship Support Officers and contribute to a positive behaviour culture across the school.
• Maintain accurate records and reports and communicate with students, staff, parents/carers and external agencies.
