Job summary

The Langley Academy is seeking a committed, resilient and compassionate Student Support Manager - Reset Room Lead to oversee our Reset Room provision and support students' behaviour, wellbeing and reintegration into learning. You will work closely with pastoral, safeguarding and SEND teams to create a calm and purposeful environment.

This role requires experience with young people, strong behaviour management skills and a passion for inclusion and restorative practice to help every student

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people.
• Experience in behaviour management and inclusion.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and SEND frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reset Room provision and student reintegration.
• Build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
• Collaborate with pastoral, safeguarding and SEND teams to promote inclusive practice.
