Job summary

London Borough of Newham is seeking an experienced Restorative Approaches Practitioner to join the Youth Justice Service and ensure the voice of those harmed is heard. You will work across multi-agency settings to deliver restorative justice, linking with partners to support victims and families.

We offer a flexible, hybrid working model and a salary of £47,262–£50,676 (plus market supplement), reflecting the important role and local government pay scales.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restorative Approaches Practitioner.
• Ability to establish multi-agency links with key partner agencies.
• Victim-focused approach to service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to an effective multi-agency Youth Justice Service with restorative justice activity.
• Establish and maintain multi-agency links to support victims of crime.
• Ensure victims' voices are heard in interventions with children and families.
