SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Restoration Technician to respond to service calls, perform cleaning and restoration tasks, and help clients recover from fire and water damage. You will work with a crew, load equipment, and maintain sites while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Effective oral communication required.
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
IICRC certifications preferred.
Able to travel locally and out of state as needed.
Background check may be required by law.

Responsibilities

Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
Perform production processes per crew chief directions.
Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians.
End-of-day cleanup and breakdown to leave job site clean and orderly.
Follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site.
