BELFOR Austria GmbH is seeking a capable project delivery professional in the UK to scope high‑value restoration claims, conduct initial site visits, and craft precise costed sales offers for insurance partners. The role drives scheduling, team leadership, and financial oversight to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will lead performance reviews, manage wellbeing initiatives, and liaise with stakeholders while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding of restoration processes including water and fire damage.
• Using surveying software to build floorplans and cost schedules.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and scope high-value claims and prepare sales offers for insurance partners.
• Develop and hand over detailed work schedules for approved jobs.
• Line manage staff, conduct performance reviews and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Monitor and optimise financial performance of all jobs within the team.
• Uphold health and safety standards across the unit.
• Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate with policyholders, housing associations, loss adjusters and subcontractors.
• Deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
