Job summary

BELFOR Austria GmbH is seeking an Operations Manager for the South London region, responsible for restoration and reinstatement services and ensuring profitability. The role requires managing field teams, coordinating contractors, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance across projects in the UK, with frequent travel as needed.

You will drive performance, manage WIP and monthly income targets, and support business development to secure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing restoration and reinstatement projects.
• Ability to travel UK/overseas with short notice.
• Manage WIP and monthly income targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (CDM/FCA).
• Develop and lead field teams; support scheduling and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage services relating to restoration and reinstatement work and ensure profitability.
• Show customers how BELFOR offering meets their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Identify and onboard contractors to support services.
• Monitor WIP, income targets, and budget adherence; ensure safe working practices.
