Job summary

BELFOR UK Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee site-based works across Residential and SME projects, ensuring quality and profitability in line with BELFOR procedures. You will coordinate with trades teams, restoration technicians and clients to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires planning, resource management, paperwork, health and safety compliance, and clear communication with loss adjusters and insurers. Travel across the UK is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects with trades and restoration teams.
• Ability to plan delivery in line with scope of works and tools.
• Strong focus on profitability, cost control, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality end to end projects with the trades team and restoration technicians.
• Plan project delivery in line with the scope of works utilising scoping tools.
• Manage the resources efficiently and effectively in order to meet profit and productivity targets.
• Prepare all relevant paperwork, including, on- site documents, to the pre-agreed company standard.
• Liaise with the loss adjusters and insurers and customers to maintain excellent communication throughout project delivery.
• Ensure good lines of communication between trades and technicians.
• Ensure that Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures are understood and fully implemented.
• Travel anywhere in the UK to deliver projects.
• Plan and deliver monthly tool box talks for your team.
• Attend training courses when provided by BELFOR UK or any other external provider.
• Deliver training program to BELFOR UK employees.
• Identify and deliver initiatives to improve the end to end offering of BELFOR UK.
• Understand and implement the use of new procedures and materials.
• Manage projects on site efficiently and cost effectively.
• Staff development plan to satisfy the employee’s career path
• Any other reasonable Management Request
