Job summary

Parogon is seeking Seasonal Restaurant Team Members to join during the Christmas period. It’s our busiest time of year, and we need reliable, friendly people to help us look after our guests. No experience is needed and full training is given.

Roles available include Servers, Bartenders, Bar Backs and Food Runners. You can let us know which role you’re interested in or if you’re happy to work across different areas.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable and hard-working are desired traits.
• Available for shifts over Christmas, including evenings and weekends.
• No previous experience needed; full training provided.

We’re looking for Seasonal Restaurant Team Members to join us over the Christmas period. It’s our busiest time of year, and we need reliable, friendly people to help us look after our guests. No experience is needed and full training is given.

What we offer:

• Up to £12.71 per hour – around £381 a week based on 30 hours
• A share of the service charge on top of your pay
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Food on shift
• 30% discount when you dine at any Parogon restaurant
• Full training
• Seasonal contract until early January 2027, with the opportunity to stay on permanently
  Our hourly rates: £12.71 (21+), £10.85 (18–20), £8.00 (under 18).
