Job summary

Parogon is seeking Seasonal Restaurant Team Members in the UK for the Christmas period. Join us in delivering warm, friendly service across multiple roles including servers, bartenders, bar backs, and food runners. Full training is provided, and experience isn’t required.

We offer hourly rates up to £12.71, a share of the service charge, and seasonal contracts through early January 2027. Roles can be full-time or part-time, with staff meals, discounts, and a supportive team environment.

Job description

We’re looking for Seasonal Restaurant Team Members to join us over the Christmas period. It’s our busiest time of year, and we need reliable, friendly people to help us look after our guests. No experience is needed and full training is given.

• Servers
• Bartenders
• Bar Backs
• Food Runners

What we offer:

• Up to £12.71 per hour – around £381 a week based on 30 hours
• A share of the service charge on top of your pay
• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Seasonal contract until early January 2027, with the opportunity to stay on permanently
  Our hourly rates: £12.71 (21+), £10.85 (18–20), £8.00 (under 18).
