Job summary

Parogon Group is seeking Seasonal Restaurant Team Members for the Christmas period across its UK venues. Roles include servers, bartenders, bar backs and food runners. No experience is needed and full training is provided, with shifts across evenings and weekends available.

Positions can be full-time or part-time during the seasonal contract, with competitive hourly rates and a share of the service charge. Staff discounts and meals on shift are included.

Job description

We're looking for Seasonal Restaurant Team Members to join us over the Christmas period. It's our busiest time of year, and we need reliable, friendly people to help us look after our guests. No experience is needed and full training is given.

What We Offer

• Up to £12.71 per hour - around £381 a week based on 30 hours
• A share of the service charge on top of your pay
• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Seasonal contract until early January 2027, with the opportunity to stay on permanently
• Our hourly rates: £12.71 (21+), £10.85 (18-20), £8.00 (under 18).
