Job summary

Parogon Group is hiring Seasonal Restaurant Team Members in the UK for the Christmas period. No experience is required and full training is provided. Roles include Servers, Bartenders, Bar Backs, and Food Runners across Parogon restaurants.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour, plus a share of the service charge, and both full-time and part-time contracts during the seasonal period that could lead to permanent opportunities. Staff perks include meals on shift and restaurant discounts.

Qualifications

We're looking for Seasonal Restaurant Team Members to join us over the Christmas period. It's our busiest time of year, and we need reliable, friendly people to help us look after our guests. No experience is needed and full training is given.

What We Offer

• Up to £12.71 per hour - around £381 a week based on 30 hours
• A share of the service charge on top of your pay

• Seasonal contract until early January 2027, with the opportunity to stay on permanently
• Our hourly rates: £12.71 (21+), £10.85 (18-20), £8.00 (under 18).
