Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
- Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and the preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
- Following standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and shift manager instructions
- Being aware of the restaurant's goals and targets to contribute effectively
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations for cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, including restocking workstations
- Reporting all work-related near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
- Following correct procedures and instructions, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
