Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:

• Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
• Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
• Resolving simple customer enquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
• Ensuring food is prepared and stored according to Health & Safety standards
• Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Maintaining product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
• Being aware of and contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
• Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations, including restocking
• Reporting work-related incidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly
• Following all procedures and instructions, including wearing PPE when instructed
