Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring Team Members in the UK to join our welcoming restaurants. You’ll help serve guests, prepare dough, and contribute to a positive dining experience across shifts.

You’ll be part of a busy team, learn on the job, and grow with us through the Franco Academy. We offer flexible shifts, a supportive environment and opportunities to develop into broader food-service roles.

Responsibilities

• As a Team Member, you’ll be the heart and soul of our restaurant, serving guests or helping with dough to create great moments.
• Deliver amazing service with a smile, making every customer feel part of the Franco family.
• Be hands-on—taking orders, serving drinks, and bringing the best sourdough pizza to the table.
• Work with a team to keep the restaurant buzzing, even on busy shifts.
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality and presentation.

Job description

• £12.71 - 16.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
