Job summary

Franco Manca is hiring a Team Member to be the heart of our restaurant. You'll serve guests, help bake dough and ensure every shift creates great moments for customers. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team focused on service, quality and hospitality.

We offer a pay range of £12.71–£16.71 per hour, with additional OT earnings, plus perks like free pizzas, pension, wellbeing support and generous staff discounts across Franco Manca eateries. No prior experience required, just enthusiasm.

• Serve guests and help ensure dough is right; create moments for customers.

• Maintain high cleanliness, food quality and presentation standards.

• £12.71 - 16.71 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £4 per hour on top of your pay)
