About us:

Set on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, The Forest features a large open-plan kitchen and restaurant, with a Mediterranean-inspired menu that has something for everyone. We have a private dining space, bar & snug area, 8 en-suite hotel rooms, and a large alfresco area.
