Your key responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
2. Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
3. Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
4. Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
5. Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
6. Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
7. Maintaining standards for food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
8. Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
9. Contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
10. Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
11. Reporting work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, or illnesses promptly
12. Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
