Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa is seeking a flexible team member to join our Food & Beverage operations in Basingstoke. You will be stationed across a variety of dining areas, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met while keeping up to date with pricing and promotions to advise guests and maximise sales.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment and is looking to balance work with other commitments, with opportunities to train and develop

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Good time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks.

What will I do?

You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.

Our hotel has The Hampshire restaurant, Time Out bar & lounge, a garden terrace and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings & event spaces.
