Job summary

Tim Hortons is expanding across the UK and we are hiring Restaurant Team Members to join our team at Glengormly. You will deliver a friendly, fast guest experience and help prepare and serve our popular bakery items in a busy restaurant.

This permanent role offers flexible hours (full-time and part-time) with pay in line with the National Minimum Wage. You will be part of a supportive team focused on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence, with opportunities to grow within the Tim Hortons

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
• Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
• Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult queries to a Manager
• Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
• Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
• Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
• Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
• Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant. This ensures your actions contribute towards achieving them.
• Maintain operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations including the restocking of workstations!
• Report all work related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible
• Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed!
