Job Description:

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award-winning hotel,
home to 300+ luxurious bedrooms and suites, several restaurants and bars,

space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club,
and much more.

About Rocca’s

Step into Rocca’s, where the sun-kissed taste of the Mediterranean comes to life. Ideal for intimate dinners, date nights with friends and indulgent family feasts, our warm and welcoming restaurant mixes relaxed dining with vibrant, authentic flavours to immerse guests in their own slice of Mediterranean heaven.

The on target earning potential for this role is a £27,562.40
annual salary, comprising a base salary of £26,062.40 supplemented by an
estimated £1500 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation
package.

About the role

This role will be 40 hours per week working 5 days out of 7
including weekends and evenings.

As Rocca’s Team Leader, you will work alongside the Head of
Department to lead and organise your team to deliver excellent operational
standards and maximise revenue in the department.

You will also be responsible for:

· Lead by example,
instilling team spirit and inter-departmental cooperation

· Ensure our guests
receive the highest quality of service

· Ensure shifts are
efficient and smooth

· Support your team,
providing training and guidance

· Assist with cash
handling and stock management

· Work closely with our
chefs to maintain quality of food

· Lead and motivate your
team

· Ensuring that your
team are informed, motivated, engaged, and developed, to deliver operational
excellence

About you

The ideal candidate will have a proven food & beverage
background within a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high standards
