Job summary

Welcome Break is hiring an Assistant Manager for its KFC at Hartshead Moor, Brighouse. You’ll help lead the team day to day, uphold standards, and ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and great experience.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and performance, coaching on shift, managing stock and routines, and preparing the unit for busy rush periods. A clear progression to Store Manager awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in a busy retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Ability to deliver great customer service and create a welcoming experience.
• Willingness to develop management career with a clear progression path.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on shift and support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance.
• Coach and develop colleagues during shifts.
• Manage stock, routines and keep the unit clean, organized and ready for peak times.
• Hands-on role with training and support to grow into Store Manager.
