The House of Bruar Ltd is seeking an experienced Supervisor or similar to support the Front of House Restaurant Manager at our contemporary self-service restaurant near Blair Atholl. You will train and develop the team, lead by example, and ensure exceptional customer service in a high-footfall setting.

We're looking for a driven, personable individual who can adapt to changing programmes while maintaining top standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front of House Restaurant Manager in day-to-day activities.
• Train and develop the restaurant team to achieve personal best.
• Lead by example to maintain high service standards.
