De Vere Cotswold Water Park near South Cerney is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team. You’ll work with our Restaurant Manager to prepare, set up and service the restaurants, ensuring they run smoothly and guests receive high-quality experiences.

You’ll lead a team with coaching and development, maintain excellent service standards and contribute to memorable dining experiences for guests in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferably in a hotel environment.
• Positive approach with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Service-oriented with passion for high standards and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Restaurant Manager on preparation, set up and service of the restaurants to ensure smooth operation.
• Create memorable food and beverage experiences and maintain efficient, high standards of service at all times.
