• Deliver exceptional guest experiences - from breakfast brilliance to dinner delights
• Support the management team with training, and keeping standards sky-high
• Be the go-to person for guests and team alike - part leader, part legend
• Keep the atmosphere warm, welcoming, and just a little bit wonderful
