Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work with the Head of Department, motivating the team and ensuring memorable guest experiences. You will lead by example on the floor during busy times and help deliver exceptional hospitality.

Key duties include supervising daily operations, coaching new staff, and contributing creative ideas to elevate service. You will also support event delivery to create those “wow” moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service leadership preferred.
• Ability to train and coach new team members.
• Strong guest-focused mindset and hospitality skills.
• Creative mindset with willingness to contribute ideas for service improvement.
• Lead by example and maintain positive attitude during busy periods.

You'll be the backbone of the team as Food & Beverage Supervisor, as you'll be working with your Head of Department to motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. You'll be there for the team on the floor, showing exceptional leadership skills to maintain positivity over busy times and inspire excellent guest care.
