Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Reading is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at De Vere Wokefield Estate near Reading. You will work with the Restaurant Manager in preparation, setup and service to deliver memorable food and beverage experiences while maintaining high standards.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader with coaching and training skills to develop the team. You will thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and be flexible with shifts.

Qualifications

• You will have experience as a Restaurant Supervisor preferably in a hotel environment although this is not essential.
• A positive approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
• A service orientated approach and a passion for high standards with experience of coaching, developing and training team members.
• Well organised, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
