Welcome Break is seeking a Supervisor at Gordano Services (M5 Junction 19, Portbury) to help run a busy site and support the team in delivering great experiences for every customer. Immediate start and flexible full- or part-time hours are available, with a meal allowance of £10 per shift.

You will lead shifts, motivate staff, and develop your management skills while working with supportive managers and a range of onsite brands.

Formación

• Experience in retail or catering and ready to step up (or already a Team Leader or Supervisor).
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift.
• Take pride in delivering great customer service and maintaining high standards.
• Ambitious with a view to moving into management.
