Welcome Break is seeking a Supervisor to join the Greggs site on a busy, frontline operation. You will lead a team, support daily shifts and ensure every customer enjoys a great experience.

As part of the team you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, with flexible hours that fit around your life and an immediate start. Overtime is available if you want it.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on shift or in a supervisory role.
• Background in retail or catering with customer service focus.
• Ability to motivate others and maintain high standards of service.

Responsabilités

• Have experience in retail or catering and are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
