Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Retail Supervisor to help run a busy site and support the team on shift. Immediate start is available with flexible full- or part-time hours, and you’ll help deliver great experiences for every customer.

You’ll work with supportive managers, gain hands-on leadership experience, and progress toward Store Management while enjoying meal allowances and on-site perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and readiness to step up to a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead by example on shift and motivate the team.
• Commitment to high standards of customer service.
