Hello Margate!

No.42 Margate, Pearly Cow Restaurant and FieldTrip (Spa) are now beginning to gear up for the busy summer period. Once again, we’ll be taking pride of place right on the golden sands and aiming to be Margate’s premier boutique hotel-by-the-sea.

We’re now looking to recruit a superstar Restaurant Supervisor to ensure that we’re serving up the perfect seaside bite to eat at our Pearly Cow Restaurant and Terrace.

The Job

As our Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll support our Pearly Cow Manager in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of our Pearly Cow Restaurant. Whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner, or private dining, you’ll supervise a team of waiters/runners, ensuring each guest receives a positive experience.

Salary: £29,000 (plus a share of TRONC)

Hours: 40 hours a week (shift work), working 5 days out of 7.
