Welcome Break is seeking a Supervisor at Northway, Biggleswade. You will lead a busy site, support your team, and help deliver excellent customer experiences on every shift.

You will work with supportive managers, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and enjoy flexible hours that fit around your life. Immediate start and overtime available if you want it.

You’ll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career, all while working flexible hours that fit around your life.

• Have experience in retail or catering and are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift
