Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor for the Burger King restaurant at Burton Services. This full-time role involves leading shifts, delivering excellent guest service and upholding food safety and brand standards during busy periods.

You will be a strong brand ambassador, coaching colleagues and supporting the Store Manager to keep the unit running smoothly every day. Salary £27,700 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts during busy periods.
