Rockfish Lyme Regis is seeking summer servers for evening and weekend shifts to join our award‑winning team by the coast. You will deliver thoughtful hospitality, attend to guests, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

Roles are fixed‑term through the summer season, with training provided. A strong service flair and reliability are valued; gratuities can add up to £2–£3 per hour.

Summer Servers - Evening and Weekends - Rockfish Lyme Regis

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our award‑winning team during the busy summer months. If you love coastal life, are passionate about seafood and the ocean, and want to be part of an energetic team that does the right thing, we would love to hear from you.

Role

As a server you will help create a restaurant environment where guest expectations are exceeded through delivering thoughtful hospitality and paying attention to the little details that make a big impact.

In return for your hard work you will receive a fair share of all tronc and gratuities which can be up to an extra £2‑3 per hour.

You will receive all the training you need; all you need to bring is your natural flair for service. Many of our summer servers come back to work for us season after season, making this a great role to work around your studies.

Roles are offered on a fixed‑term contract that ends on 28th September 2026 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
