Job summary

Hospitality & Catering Solutions is hiring a Restaurant Receptionist for our neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near Tower Hill. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, and maintain a high standard of guest service using OpenTable.

The role requires 45 hours per week, with shifts from 10am to 10pm, and a strong emphasis on excellent telephone communication and professional presentation. London-based position with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• An experienced, friendly and confident Restaurant Receptionist with a good employment history having worked in a similar role within reputable guest led operations.
• The successful Restaurant Receptionist must have experience using OpenTable and has an excellent telephone manner.
• The ideal Restaurant Receptionist will need to be organised, self-motivated and available to work varied shifts (lunch or dinner).
• A Restaurant Receptionist that takes pride in their appearance and has a natural way with both clients and their peers.

H&C Solutions are proudly recruiting for an exclusive neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near to St Katherines Dock. The restaurant oozes style and elegance. Every fixture/furniture within the restaurant, bar and private dining room are hand-picked, creating a unique dining experience their guests. The restaurant is hugely successful with predominately neighbourhood, repeat custom.

• Restaurant Receptionist


• Brigade of 5+ on the reception desk.


• Tower Hill (good connection from the DLR)


• £16 to £17 per hour


• 45 hours per week, earliest start will be 10am and latest finish 10pm

Restaurant Receptionist Requirements:
