Job summary

HC Solutions Ltd is recruiting a friendly and professional Restaurant Receptionist for a busy neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near St Katherines Dock. You will be the first point of contact, handling guest bookings and coordinating with the front-of-house team.

Experience using OpenTable and an excellent telephone manner is essential. The role requires flexibility to work lunch or dinner shifts, with a 45-hour week and shifts from 10:00 to 22:00.

• Must have experience using OpenTable and possess excellent telephone manners.

Job Title: Restaurant Receptionist

Restaurant Receptionist Requirements:

• An experienced, friendly and confident Restaurant Receptionist with a good employment history having worked in a similar role within reputable guest led operations.
• The successful Restaurant Receptionist must have experience using OpenTable and has an excellent telephone manner.
• The ideal Restaurant Receptionist will need to be organised, self-motivated and available to work varied shifts (lunch or dinner).
• A Restaurant Receptionist that takes pride in their appearance and has a natural way with both clients and their peers.
